DESCRIPTION:Course objectives\nMinimally invasive surgery has become the standard of care in abdominal surgery. However\, residents may have limited opportunities to develop advanced laparoscopic skills as primary operators. \nThis hands-on course aims to bridge that gap by providing practical training in commonly performed upper and lower gastrointestinal procedures using human cadavers. DESCRIPTION:Also this year\, BAST is proud to organize the BAST Anatomy Cadaver Course for the fifth consecutive year! \nThis unique course gives surgical trainees the opportunity to dive deep into human anatomy and gain hands-on experience in thoracic\, cardiac and abdominal surgery.
