The Belgian Association of Surgical Trainees (BAST) was founded by surgical trainees and for surgical trainees more than a decade ago. We represent all Belgian surgical trainees, across all Belgian universities. Currently, almost half of all Belgian trainees are BAST members! All residents are therefore more than welcome to join the BAST and are encouraged to take part in our meetings & courses.

Become a Member for the 2017-2018 BAST year

Trainees can enjoy the BAST membership or the BAST+RBSS block membership. If you would like to enjoy online subscription to the Acta Chirurgica Belgica and a reduced rate at the Belgian Surgical Week, among all the other advantages of RBSS membership, BAST advises to opt for the interesting BAST+RBSS block membership.

Both the BAST and BAST+RBSS membership start on September 1, 2017. Subscription ends December 31, 2018.

From January 1, 2019, BAST membership will follow the calendar year.
